I. INFORMATION ABOUT THE LSSI

The website www.sofiaalcudiabeach.com is owned by INVERSORA ANCO S.L., a commercial company incorporated under Spanish law with registered office at C/ Francesc de Borja Moll, 15 3º 2ª, postcode 07003 in Palma de Mallorca and tax identification number B-07130966, registered in the Commercial Register of Mallorca.

2. BOOKING CONDITIONS

Check-in: Check-in is available from 2 p.m., unless the room is available earlier.

Check-out: Check-out must be completed before 12 noon. Depending on availability and for an additional fee, your stay can be extended until the desired time.

Cancellations: If you cancel up to 7 days before the arrival date, the hotel will not charge you any fees. If you cancel or change your booking outside the specified period, the hotel will charge you for the first night. In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Non-refundable: The total amount will be charged at the time of booking and, as the name suggests, will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or modification.
