In general, please note that the fields on the various forms on the website marked as mandatory must be completed in order for your requests to be processed correctly.
REGISTRATION FORM:
The personal data collected through this form will be processed for the purpose of registering you, as well as for the administration of user accounts, the management of the relationship with them and the control of access to content reserved for registered users.
RESERVATION AND CONTRACTING OF SERVICES OR PRODUCTS:
The data will also be processed for the management of the reservation system and the historical maintenance of the reservation made. For the correct processing of the reservation, the user expressly consents to the bank details provided being used to deal with any penalties for cancellations or no-shows set out in the rate conditions. The processing of your reservations necessarily involves the aforementioned processing, and therefore the process cannot be carried out if you object to it.
THIRD-PARTY DATA:
The user must be duly authorised to provide third-party data. Only with the consent of future hotel guests may the user enter their first and last names in the Room Distribution section. This information, which will enable the chosen hotel to provide a better service to its guests, is optional. Therefore, by providing it, the user assumes sole responsibility for informing those individuals of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to offering their personal information.
PROCESSING FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES, LOYALTY PROGRAMMES AND COMMERCIAL PROFILES:
If you have indicated this on the various forms found on the website, your data will be added to the company's user file for the purposes of loyalty programmes, personalisation of services, and to send you personalised commercial communications about products and services, including by electronic or telephone means.
